Several events are held each year to raise donations for the construction of homes. This includes a June Walkathon, an annual Motorcycle Ride, and other events.
Expanded publications getting the word out to the Western Monmouth Area is underway. Assistance is always welcome.
Western Monmouth Habitat is continually seeking affordable lots in the Freehold regional area for sites of habitat home. Assistance in finding and acquiring lots would be helpful. Donation or sale of an unused or rundown parcel of property to Habitat makes a great contribution to the surrounding area .
In addition to the traditional "banging the hammer", the construction committee is looking for experienced "constructors" for trade construction including excavating, plumbing, electrical, and carpentry.
Register with us and receive notice of upcoming volunteering opportunities.
